Very efficient staff, reasonably clean hotel, well-appointed and newly decorated room. The location fantastic and incredible close to all bars. 10 minutes walk to Post Knott.

Brilliant hotel, everything was fine. The setting of property was magnificent and unbeatable, rite in the middle of everything. It was also very close to the lakes, Bowness and centre of Bowness.

Booked a room with huge bed. Coffee and a kettle where included. The hotel was set in a central area just off a pub, the lakes for years and quite often to Bowness or Windermere and Bowness. Again, I could reach St Martin's Church a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property...

great-sized rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows. reasonably priced food plus super-friendly and really friendly staff. marvellous and amazing location a few steps away from bowness bay. also - really close to local amenities, a pub, and shops, restaurants and lake windermere.

Friendly stuff and particularly good and fantastic location make it a great choice! Make sure to get single room with big window, the most comfortable big bed plus good views.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious and the atmosphere at the hotel encouraged conversation amongst guests. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake boats and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. the sunny weather was a great bonus, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

The size of the bed. As a taller and heavier person, my feet stuck out the bottom and it was a bit cramped for my wife and me.
